Crafted in the USA by Royal-Pedic, this orthopedic-firm mattress pairs pristine long-staple cotton with old-world craftsmanship at a more accessible price than the Royal-Pedic Premier Collection. Its Swiss-designed Royal-Flex® 650i innerspring system features extra support through the torso, double-heat-tempered coils, and reinforced edges for stable, edge-to-edge comfort.

Nearly 60 pounds of pre-compressed cotton fill a king-size mattress, with hand tufting to help keep the layers in place and reduce their tendency to shift over time. The mattress is made without a wool fire-protection wrap and is often selected by customers with wool allergies or chemical sensitivities. A doctor’s note is required. For added pressure relief, consider pairing it with a 2-, 3-, or 4-inch natural latex topper.
